SANAA, Feb. 26 (Saba) – The US-backed Saudi-led aggression coalition warplane targeted on Tuesday a number of vehicles and equipment belonging to the mining company in Salb Mountain in of Nehm district.
Two airstrikes were waged on the company causing huge damages in the vehicles and equipment’s, said the security official to Saba.
Two airstrikes also waged on Majzar district in Marib province.
PROVINCES, Feb. 26 (Saba) – The US-backed Saudi-led coalition warplanes on Wednesday launched 24 air raids on several areas in Jawf and Marib provinces, a security official told Saba.
The aggression coalition aircraft waged 19 airstrikes, 17 of which hit al-Ghail district and two others targeted al-Aqaba area in Khab Washaf district in Jawf, the official said.
He added that five airstrikes targeted Majzar district in Marib.

NAJRAN, Feb. 26 (Saba) – The air defenses of the army and the popular committees on Wednesday shot down a spy plane of Saudi-led aggression coalition in Najran region, military official told Saba.
The spy aircraft was downed in al-Sowah area off Najran with an appropriate weapon, the official added.
During February, the air defenses shot down four aircraft belonging to the aggression coalition while carrying out hostile missions, including a Tornado warplane in Jawf province.

MINSK, 26 February (BelTA) – Three Belarusian biathletes reached the Men’s Super Sprint Final at the ongoing IBU Open European Biathlon Championships in Raubichi, BelTA has learned.
Belarus’ Anton Smolski showed the best result, clocking 7:53.4. His teammate Viktar Kryuko finished third, 14.7 seconds back. Second was Russia’s Eduard Latypov, 14.3 seconds behind the winner.
Belarus’ Sergei Bocharnikov placed 17th, 37.6 seconds back.
The Men Super Sprint Final will feature 30 best athletes on 26 February.
The competitions will continue with the Women Super Sprint Qualification. The women’s event will feature Belarusian biathletes Iryna Kryuko, Hanna Sola, Dzinara Alimbekava, Elena Kruchinkina, Irina Kruchinkina, Adelina Sabitava.
All in all, taking part in the event will be 40 teams comprising about 300 athletes.
On 27 February biathletes will compete in the Single Mixed Relay (W+M) and 4×6 Mixed Relay. 29 February will feature Men 10 km Sprint and Women 7.5 km Sprint. The competition will wrap up with the Men 12.5 km Pursuit and Women 10 km Pursuit on 1 March.

Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed has arrived in Durame town of Kembatta Tembaro Zone, Southern Nations Nationalities and Peoples’ Regional State (SNNPR) to discuss with residents.
Upon his arrival, SNNPR President Ristu Yirdaw and other federal and regional senior officials accorded a warm welcome.
Premier Abiy addressed residents of Kembatta and Tembaro Zone at Durame Stadium this morning.
He is expected to hold discussions with residents of the zone in the afternoon.
